   All personal information, including Aadhaar card details, will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of registration, verification, and communication related to Selkey NGO activities. We adhere to applicable data protection and privacy laws.  

3. Eligibility Criteria  
   Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals under 18 must provide parental or guardian consent to participate.  

4. Volunteer Commitment  
   By registering, you commit to actively participate in Selkey NGO activities, including attending scheduled events, workshops, or campaigns. Consistent communication and timely responses are expected.  

5. Code of Conduct  
   Volunteers are required to act respectfully, responsibly, and professionally while representing Selkey NGO. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of your volunteer role.  

6. Non-Disclosure Agreement  
   As a volunteer, you may gain access to sensitive or confidential information about Selkey NGO’s operations, beneficiaries, or campaigns. You agree not to share, distribute, or misuse such information without prior written consent from the organization.  

7. Health and Safety Compliance  
   You are responsible for ensuring your physical and mental well-being during volunteering activities. Selkey NGO will not be liable for any injury, illness, or health complications that occur during your participation.  

8. Use of Personal Media
   By volunteering, you consent to the use of your photographs, videos, or testimonials captured during Selkey NGO activities for promotional, awareness, and documentation purposes.  

9. Data Sharing and Protection  
   Your personal data may be shared with authorized personnel or government bodies for compliance purposes. Selkey NGO ensures that such data is handled with utmost care and in accordance with privacy laws.  

10. Volunteer Termination Policy  
    Selkey NGO reserves the right to terminate your volunteer position at any time due to non-compliance with these terms, lack of participation, or any other reason deemed necessary by the organization.  

11. Conflict of Interest  
    Volunteers must disclose any conflicts of interest that could affect their ability to perform their roles impartially. This includes affiliations with other organizations or parties that may oppose Selkey NGO’s mission.

14. Expenses and Reimbursements  
    Selkey NGO does not guarantee reimbursement for any expenses incurred while volunteering unless explicitly approved in writing prior to the activity.

    Selkey NGO reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Volunteers will be notified of significant changes.  

16. Liability Disclaimer  
    Selkey NGO is not liable for any personal losses, damages, or injuries sustained during volunteering activities unless proven to be a result of gross negligence by the organization.
